2021 SMBC Board of Directors Election Candidates

Jeff Flagg

Jeff Flagg

I am a mostly retired attorney originally from Iowa who has been a member of the club going on five years. I enjoy my weekly rides and appreciate the support of the club in improving my cycling skills.
As a board member my biggest priority will be bike safety. We all know riders who have been the unfortunate victim of accidents and injuries, almost always the result of road hazards or negligent individuals.
As a board we must continuously educate ourselves as well as the public
in general of the need to embrace bicycling safety.
I pledge to be an independent voice with no preconceived agenda. I will work hard, regularly attend meetings and support the mission of the Sarasota Manatee Bike Club.
